The 2019 World Roller Games took place from June 29, 2019 to July 14, 2019 in Barcelona, Spain. It was the second World Roller Games event and it crowns a world championship in 11 different roller skating disciplines. More than 4,000 roller athletes from eighty different countries were represented at the 2019 World Roller Games More than 140,000 fans were in attendance at the 11 days of skating events.

- Italy – 21 golds, 18 silver, 24 bronze
- Colombia – 21 golds, 16 silver, 6 bronze
