Ryan Sheckler Red Bull SŌLUS Entry For Digital Skateboarding Contest

Ryan Sheckler opened the doors to his awesome skatepark and invited 13 of the best skateboarders in the world to battle it out in a new digital skateboarding contest.

Ryan Sheckler’s just dropped his entry video for the new SŌLUS digital skateboarding contest, and it is nice. With all the skate contests being canceled due to Covid-19 this year, Ryan Sheckler is putting his awesome skatepark to use by inviting thirteen of the best skateboarders to participate in this highly competitive new digital skateboarding contest.

Each skater is required to skate their best 45 second to 1 minute line with a time limit of sixty minutes. There are no other skaters and no crowd to help cheer the competitors on as they attempt difficult skateboard tricks. It is just the skater and their skateboard, and a couple of stealthy camera guys. Skating without a live audience does provide a different atmosphere from most live events, but the skating is what matters, and the skating in this video is awesome!

With many skate shops struggling during the global pandemic has caused many skate shops to struggle, and the winner will receive $2,500 to donate to a shop of their choice.
